All activities are controlled by in house quality system in line with ISO 9001.
- Every order has a dedicated job card which informs the operative in each discipline what type of preparation is required through to the type of paint system that is to be applied.
- A record of Temperature, Dew point, Humidity, WFT, DFT is recorded on the traveller document.
- A Certificate of Conformity can be supplied taking the information direct from the traveller document onto the certificate.
- We have calibrated surface profile, Dry film thickness. Dew point, Humidity and Temperature measuring equipment.
- Each operative in each discipline is responsible for his or her quality.
